Jamee is an experienced hospitality professional with over 5 years experience working at the Fly Trap, one of San Francisco's oldest restaurants. She enjoys creating a unique and inviting experience at the bar while offering innovative, seasonal cocktail menus. After bartending at a number of San Francisco bars and restaurants, she found her home as the general manager and beverage director at the first restaurant she made her debut as a server at, and is excited to continue the legacy.
