Below are the steps to enter your spirits in the USA Spirits Ratings

Step 1 – Initial Sign Up (Submissions closed!)

1. REGISTER HERE to create your account
2. Complete your company profile
3. Enter the details of spirits that you want to enter in the competition

Step 2 – Payment Mode

1. The online payment you can do via credit card.
2. Once the payment is confirmed, you can access the payment/invoice receipt under the billing tab of your online account. Once the payment is done, your shipping labels will be generated in your account.

Step 3 – Shipping

1. Log in to your account, click on my shipping label tab and print the official USR shipping label.
2. The label needs to be attached on each of the boxes at the time of shipment
3. Once the shipment has been done, please share the tracking details to the competition coordinator on aakash@usaspiritsratings.com

Super Early Bird Ends - December 10, 2025
International Submission Closes - May 22, 2026
Domestic Submission Closes - June 30, 2026
Warehouse Closes - July 10, 2026
Judging Day - July 26, 2026
Winners Announced - August 12, 2026

Shipping Info:

Please send your samples (2) 750ml (3 bottles below 750ml) bottles per to deliver before July 10, 2026

The delivery address will be activated when the payment is completed and can be found under Shipping Label when you login. 

Goods receiving time: Monday – Thursday 7 AM - 4 PM. Friday - 7 AM - 12 PM

Spirits that arrive after the deadline date will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Customs clearance is Importers responsibility based on the correct documentations and informations.
