Chris Ward, a certified sommelier and bartender since 2014, has developed wine programs for top South Bay restaurants.

Chris has an affinity for cocktails and loves the creative aspects of bringing a flavor profile to life. Creating cocktails for the last decade, he focuses on quality products and thoughtful combinations to bring out the best flavors and textures of the brands he uses.

 As Bar Manager at The Plumed Horse, he brought his cocktail expertise and passion to the historic restaurant in a concentrated effort to elevate what the bar can be in a fine dining destination

 In 2024, he won the LA Regionals for the Global “No.3 Gin Unrivaled Classics Competition” and will represent the USA at the Global finals in Europe this Fall.
